Stefanny Retamal specializes in providing comprehensive legal advice to clients in the agro-industrial and energy sectors.

​

Additionally, she represents irrigators and user organizations in procedures related to regularization, improvement, and registry processes of water utilization rights.

 

EDUCATION

​

She studied at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Nacional Andrés Bello from 2012 to 2016, completed her professional practice  in 2017, and obtained her professional degree in 2018. She pursued a Diploma in Natural Resources with focus on Energy at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and a Diploma in Urban Law offered by the University of Los Andes.

EXPERIENCE

In 2017, after graduating from law school, she worked as a legal assistant in Santiago. In 2019, she began her professional practice at the Jelvez y Carrasco law firm in Santiago. Since October 2021, she has been  part of Acevedo Santini Abogados, with presence in the cities of Santiago and Los Angeles.
